Our agents are able to learn on the job by staring as salaried front office staff. Prospective agents will gain experience dealing with customer service, claims, payments and applications while earning a starting salary. When agents are confident and ready to transition to full-time commissioned agents, we provide an office, phone, software, training and support. We also provide leads, networking opportunities and a full-service marketing plan so getting business in the door is easy.
The ideal person will have excellent oral and written communication skills (Spanish speaking a plus), be able to organize work by using tools like Excel and G-Suite, and be very comfortable working unsupervised in a fast-paced office. If you have previous experience as a secretary or administrative assistant or are familiar with the health insurance industry, we'd like to meet you.
We offer competitive pay, no weekends or holidays, and the opportunity for advancement. Hours are flexible (30-40 hours per week) and benefits are available after 90 days. Work duties will take place between our Payson and Springville locations and you must be able to travel to both offices.
