We're a growing insurance company that has been serving Utah County for 13 years. We are searching for a career-minded full-time receptionist to help us continue to thrive. Our receptionists are often the first and last point of contact for clients and creating an impression of warmth, professionalism and efficiency is essential.
This position will encompass a variety of tasks focused on client retention and customer service for our clients. You will be helping with calls, texts, emails, documents and database updates. Other office tasks including mailing, light cleaning and drafting office correspondences.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills. You are able to organize work by using tools like Excel and Google products. You're comfortable working unsupervised in a fast-paced office. Speaking and understanding Spanish is preferred, but not necessary.
You're also a kind, caring individual and that easily comes across in your written voice as well as in person and over the phone. Your attention to detail is outstanding. You have a way of anticipating your team's needs and solving problems before anyone knows to ask. And most importantly, you're motivated to help people.
No insurance knowledge necessary. Reception, secretarial or administrative assisting experience preferred, but not necessary. We offer competitive pay, no weekends or holidays, and the opportunity for advancement. Hours are flexible (30-40 hours per week) and benefits are available after 90 days. Work duties will take place between our Payson and Springville locations and you must be able to travel to both offices.
