This plan will pay you a $2,000 hospital admission benefit plus up to $5000 per day for hospital confinement due to an injury or sickness. This plan will also pay you for needed surgeries due to an injury or sickness. You'll receive up to $9,000 for surgeon's service and up to $1,500 for anesthesiologist services. If you need emergency transport you'll receive $1000 for ground transport and $25,000 for emergency air transport.
