Job Summary:We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and bilingual Receptionist to join our established health insurance agency in Payson, Utah. This is a non-sales, hourly position focused on customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate is comfortable working both in-office and from home, and can reliably come into the office 2–3 days per week.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, is detail-oriented, and can manage multiple tasks in a professional and supportive environment. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, answering calls, responding to messages, and helping with basic service tasks—no sales or cold calling involved.
What We Offer:
Hourly pay
Hybrid schedule (2–3 days in-office in Payson, rest remote)
Work 4 days a week, get paid for 5 (for 6 months of the year!)

Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and greet clients professionally
Assist clients with basic questions, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups
Manage incoming emails and voicemails
Keep digital records organized and up to date
Support agents and staff with general office tasks
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable using Google Suite, phone systems, and learning new tools
Reliable transportation to our Payson office 2–3 times per week
Prior receptionist or office support experience is a plus, but not required
