Outside of work, Fred is always on the move—literally. He stays active by playing tennis, lifting weights, and taking long walks with his German Shepherd, Hiro, while listening to podcasts about longevity and metabolic health. When he’s not on the court or the trail, he enjoys spending time with his cat, Minka, who has unique “thumb paws” that adds to her charm.
Fred is also a big sports fan, and one of his most memorable experiences was attending Game 2 of the 2010 World Series in San Francisco (Go Giants!). His team loyalty even led him to one of his most ridiculous online purchases—a Christmas sweater commemorating the Giants’ 2014 World Series Championship.
When it comes to food, Fred’s go-to spot is Taqueria 27, a local favorite known for its fresh, flavorful tacos. And when it’s time to unwind, you’ll find him watching Ferris Bueller’s Day Off or catching reruns of Seinfeld—two classics that never get old.
Fred’s Take on Life Insurance
