Your agent will review your submission to ensure that it will meet the Marketplace requirements. If everything looks good, we will submit it to the Marketplace on your behalf.
We will notify you when the Marketplace clears your notification. Sometimes this may take months. You may get additional calls, letters or emails from the Marketplace. Let them know your agent is handling it.
Please do not submit anything directly to the Marketplace without your agent reviewing it first. This may result in plan cancelation or premium hikes.
