What illnesses does this plan cover?
Did you know that nearly 10 million adults with health insurance will still accumulate medical bills they can’t pay? We can help protect you and your family with a suite of three coverage categories — you can choose what you need for the most financial protection. The chart below lists the percentage of the benefit amount that you would be eligible to receive as a lump-sum cash payment upon the first diagnosis of a qualifying event. You can choose a tax free lump sum benefit between $10,000 and $100,000 to fit your needs and budget. Benefits are paid directly to you - not your doctor or hospital.

To choose a plan, start with a base policy, or category. Then strengthen your coverage with optional riders. You can start with the Cancer Category and add the Heart Category and/or Critical Conditions category. Or you can start with the Heart Category and add on the Critical Conditions Category. Benefit pays you up to a $100,000 lump sum cash benefit on first diagnosis of a covered critical illness or qualifying event. If you've already had a first diagnosis or covered critical illness, you may still qualify for other categories or riders.
