TELEHEALTH
U of U Health Plan members can receive convenient, cost-effective care from a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
To start a virtual visit, call 801-213-8669. This service is available 9am to 9pm, 7 days a week.
In addition to virtual visits, U or U telehealth benefits include:
VIRTUAL URGENT CARE: Medical and behavioral care are available 24/7 from MDLive.
VIRTUAL PROVIDER VISITS: Many of our in-network providers offer virtual care.
ACCESS ASSISTANCE
U of U Health Plans members can call the U of U Access Assistance line for help finding a provider, transitioning to an in-network provider, or scheduling an appointment.

MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES and CRISIS INTERVENTION
In partnership with Huntsman Mental Health Institute (HMHI), the University of Utah offers a 24/7 Crisis Line and a Mobile Crisis Outreach Team for crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and treatment information.

24/7 NURSE LINE
For general information about health resources related to their plan, members can call our Nurse Line 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
