The best part of having a local agent is that we live here too! We know what works for people in the area and we understand your needs and challenges.
We have the same health insurance, go the the same doctors and dentists, and you might even see us at the grocery store!
We're a part of the local communities, just like you!
We also like being involved with the local communities and businesses, specifically in Payson and Utah County, so we know what's new! We love when we can tell you about new businesses or businesses we've known for over a decade!
Here are some ways we stay involved:
We are members of the Payson Santaquin Chamber of Commerce and participate in many of their seasonal events! We love getting to know the other businesses that make up the chamber, and learning from them each month.
We are also members of the Utah LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce, based in Salt Lake City. We love participating in their events and meeting business owners from all over Utah! Although we are based in Utah County, we are able to assist anyone in Utah, so we love meeting businesses from all over the state!
Another way we have expanded throughout Utah beyond our office bases in Payson and Springville is through the business networking group BNI (Business Network International). Each of our agents is a member of a BNI chapter throughout Utah. This is how we find great businesses to work with.
If you didn't know, we're a women-owned business! Utah Avenue is 50% woman-owned, and each of our agents is an independent contractor, meaning we have four agents running women-owned businesses out of our offices! We love connecting with other small business owners, women-owned businesses, and minority-owned businesses in Utah. One of our favorite groups is Women in Business South Utah County (WIBSUC). Our agents Kathy and Jenn run the quarterly book club for the group!
