American Rescue Plan Premium Credits and Refunds

We have updated the applications for all our clients with the new, lower premium available because of the newly passed American Rescue Plan. You do not need to do anything to get the lower premium; we have completed it for you!

However, you may not see the updated lower premium amount on your statement until June 1st. This is because health insurance companies create your statement 2-3 weeks before it is due, and don't reflect changes immediately.

If your payment is processed with the higher premium amount for May because your statement hasn't been adjusted, you will receive a credit towards future premium payments. If it is a substantial price difference, you may get a refund of the higher amount. Credits and refunds will take an additional 2-3 weeks to process.
