The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) makes new health insurance subsidies available to households who meet that criteria.
Starting July 1st, we have the option to get you enrolled in a Silver plan with a low deductible, and potentially a $0 premium!
Taxpayers with at least one week of unemployment compensation in 2021 can enroll in a Silver plan with a $0 premium and a reduced deductible. Tax dependents with at least one week of unemployment compensation in 2021 also make their household eligible for a Silver plan with a $0 premium. This measure was part of the American Rescue Plan, a COVID-19 relief bill, and only lasts for the remainder of 2021.
